Modern-day Muses forge their own paths, push the boundaries, and open our minds to change the world for the better. Our reimagined pantheon of Muses is a celebration of the lives, loves, travels and accomplishments of nine inspiring individuals that embody this pioneering spirit.
Through the tastes & experiences assembled by our chef, sommelier and mixologist, we humbly aspire to share the stories of our Muses, in a way that reminds us all that we too can be our own muses.

Concept

Muses offers Paris’ financial district a distinctly different venue: evocative of the nostalgia of the 1960s heritage of the CNIT building, and strikingly modern in its approach to celebrating the female trailblazers in art, culture and the world of gastronomy.

Extraordinary innovation in the food and beverage menus sets the tone for a joyful and thought-provoking experience – nestled amongst Les Entrées, Les Plats, Les Desserts, Les Vins and Les Cocktails are gorgeous illustrations of female maker-muses such as Fromagère Marie Quatrehomme and Pâtissière Nina Métayer and wine maker Madame Louise Pommery.

Summary Statement

Restaurant-bar inspired by the chic and glamorous setting of the 50s-60s, inspired by a variety of female muses in the fields of art, music, gastronomy and mixology.

Cuisine Notes

Contemporary casual Parisian bistronomy showcasing the best of produce from the region, in particular female artisans and producers. Sharing dishes, afterwork drinks and weekend brunches are the order of the day, paired with elegant cocktails and an extensive range of French wines by the glass.
