Customers visit and revisit OXBO day-through-night, to experience the heart and soul of authentic food, in a warm and relaxed sociable atmosphere, which evokes the feeling of home.
Concept
At OXBO we want our customers to feel as though they are at home. Customers are encouraged to linger – staying as long as they want, relaxing all day or evening – grazing on mouth watering dishes, looked after by our welcoming, attentive staff.
OXBO is a destination for the local community, as well as those visiting the city. Our sociable staff help to create a communal feel, building relationships with regulars and welcoming new customers.
Every dish and drink on the menu is an opportunity to honor quality produce, authentic flavors and to celebrate each of the seasons. We love to show our appreciation and joy for food through beautiful presentation – in the way each plate, cabinet or counter is designed. We are proud of the provenance of our ingredients, and love to champion our suppliers, knowing that their produce is authentic, ethical and respectful of nature.
