‘Caletta’ is Italian for a cove or sheltered bay by the sea. Caletta takes inspiration from the sun soaked and relaxed lifestyle of the Mediterranean. enjoying beautiful food and celebrating art is embodied in Caletta’s atmosphere, brand and offerings.
The food program is inspired by fresh and bright ingredients sourced locally from the Mediterranean region. The menu provides a balance between classic dishes – hummus and crudité, seafood pasta, and focaccia paninis, and falafel – to locally-inspired takes on the classics, for example, an antipasti board with imported Mediterranean cheeses plated next to locally-cured meats. Each and every guest will find a dish that speaks to them, whether it’s a small midday snack with a glass of wine, or a fully coursed dinner for two in the evening.
